Princessa's Diary: York 26/5/2009

Baby P brought me to York for a day trip and the place was indeed awesome!!it's not a happening town or city..but it's a historical town with amazing buildings..and i got the chance to climb up to the highest building in that town..

very obvious Baby P is not happy that he havta spend on the train tickets again..lol..

and finally we reach after more or less an hour..or one and a half hours..dun really remember cause i was busy reading my novel on the way there..and i saw this purple bus which is superbly long..

the weather was good,crowded with ppl and of coz the wind was pretty strong that day..

and we met all the kind ppl who offered to take pics for us..

and the landmark of the town..York Minster..which is the tallest building in the town..

Inside York Minster..it cost bout 9.50 pounds to visit the place inside..

the super huge glass paint which is under construction..i cant imagine how can those ppl in the past can build such amazing building..

and we climb up 275 steps up to get the whole view of York..One havta be physically fit in order to climb up..sounds easy when u hear 275 steps but the steps are all very narrow..

worth climbing up the stairs to get this view..

exhausted...

and extremely windy...

Imagine how windy it is??

I am now somewhere at the roof..

and this is York Minster..one of the popular attraction of York..thank god i didnt faint climbing up the stairs..

and we had fish and chips for lunch..

went for a boat ride that day

it's good to be under the sun in York..feel so comfortable..but if it's in Msia..the sun hates u so much that it'll burn ur skin..

we got to tour ard the city of york..

and it's so comfortable and relaxing that Baby P fell asleep..while i enjoyed my ride

and still asleep after 30 mins of boat ride..

and during tea time we had costa..Costa is like everywhere in UK..they have plenty of branch..very much like Coffee Bean or Starbucks..

i'm not a coffee lover so i cant tell whether it's good or not..

like old folks spending their time at the park..listening to birds chirping and looking at the kids running around at the playground..NOT..that will be another 50 years..
